This is a recipe I make very often because it is extremely fast, but just as tasty .. I recommend you only buy meat from your butcher, because it is not necessary that those who harden just looking at them, otherwise these pieces will be inedible.
Ingredients:
250 g of beef chunks,
1 sprig of rosemary,
Cipolla,
1 tablespoon saffron
Oil,
Salt and pepper to taste.
Take a fairly large container, pour about ½ liter of warm water and add saffron. Close the container and let marinate for at least an hour.
Put the oil in a frying pan, sauté onion and when it is golden, add the meat. Fry well for about 5 minutes, then lower a bit 'the flame and bring the stew to cook by adding the saffron with its soaking liquid from time to time. Before you finish cooking, add the rosemary.
Make sure the bites are not overcooked, almost dry. If you want, maybe leave a little 'lenses, are certainly more delicious.
Bon appetit!
