Paper Lanterns For Wedding Centerpieces

With the snow coming down in this period, could not miss on the blog a real must for the season! I commend the quality of the sausages, must be absolutely fresh, so soft and tasty in the kitchen will remain! The ingredients are for 4 people:

Ingredients:
350 g gnocchi sardi;
2 fresh sausages;
800 g tomatoes, 1 onion
;
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil;
80 g pecorino
a pinch of saffron;
Basil;
Salt and pepper to taste.


Put the saffron to soak for about an hour in a little hot water. Use a tupperware.
Take a large skillet, place oil, onion, chili and sausages - which have previously peeled and crumbled. Clean the tomatoes, peel Privatel, scatter it and pour into the pan. Combined with all the salt and saffron, cook for a half hour and the end of cooking add the basil leaves.
Meanwhile, boil salted water and cook the dumplings. Once cooked, add to the sauce, sprinkle with cheese and served subitissimo!
