Wild Thornberry Rescue Game

Garlic Cauliflower

imagine the disgusted face when you read the name All of this recipe ... definitely thinking about the consequences ... Do not worry, no danger and then never forget the disinfectant properties of garlic!
Note: Since not all the spices I like, I have excluded from this recipe cinnamon (which I hate) and then - that does not fit in the discourse of spices - raisins (yes I have do not like!).

Ingredients for a cake:

2 confezion1 pastry crust;
five heads of garlic;
200 g. bacon, fresh or salt water;
300 g. fresh pecorino cheese or type raveggiolo well drained and squeezed;
3 eggs;
80 g. raisins;
a ten stamens (wires) of saffron;
salt (if the bacon is not salty or it is not enough);
blend of spices powder: 1 teaspoon each of cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and pepper.

Put the saffron to soak in a little hot water by using an airtight container for an hour.
Peel the garlic and cook in boiling water to ¼ of an hour, drain and soak in cold water. Crush the garlic cloves and add the cheese, already chopped bacon, spices, saffron, eggs (and for those who want to use raisins washed). Knead vigorously until dough is smooth.
Take the card foderatevi crust and a pan (leave even the wax paper). Pour the filling, cover with a second layer of crust, pinching the edges.
Bake in hot oven (200 degrees) for 45-60 minutes.
